Current Developments
|
The horizon scanning and futures strategy for the next 3 years is currently under development. It is expected that the strategy will be completed by the end of 2007 so that it can be launched before the beginning of 2008.
Alongside current changes in Defra, the new strategy for Horizon Scanning and Futures will help us deliver our strategic priorities and PSA targets.
We are also working closely with colleagues within the Defra 'family' to deliver a co-ordinated, integrated programme of work.
Alongside the strategy, the team is developing a new programme of work. This work will be specifically designed to suit the needs of the customer and will be based on models of best practice, incorporating the lessons learned from the original programme.
